Job Details

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, including functional requirements, use cases, and business process diagrams
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and develop IFS solutions that meet business requirements
  • Provide support to technical teams during the development, testing, and implementation of IFS solutions
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the implementation of IFS platforms for wealth management
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications and design documents
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest IFS platform developments and ensure that our team is trained and knowledgeable on new features and functionality
  • Provide technical expertise to non-technical stakeholders, explaining technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Work with project managers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure the successful integration of IFS solutions with other systems and applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst, with a focus on IFS applications
  • Strong technical skills in IFS, including experience with IFS applications and tools such as IFS Applications 10, IFS Technical, and IFS Studio
  • Proven experience working with technical teams to design and develop IFS solutions
  • Strong understanding of business processes and requirements, with the ability to translate them into technical specifications
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to develop solutions
Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus
