Job Details

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Onsite Merchandise Coordinator to support our client in the retail and product merchandising industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 4 months, W2 (Potential to Extend)

Location: Onsite | Kissimmee, FL 34747

Pay Rate: $24-28/hr depending on experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST

Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily implementation of the product strategy for (Softlines or Hardlines).
  • Accurately input and maintain product data across vertical systems to ensure data integrity.
  • Assist with presentation decks, product briefs, and team recaps.
  • Organize samples, coordinate room setups for product showcases, and maintain merchandise photobooks by quarter.
  • Execute ongoing data entry updates to the Brand Range Plan and catalog systems.
  • Support the merchandising team with ad-hoc projects and coordination needs.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in product merchandising or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of detailed data entry across multiple systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable collaborating with various partners and teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a retail, licensing, or wholesale merchandising environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP or other global product lifecycle systems.
