Job Details

We're seeking a mission-driven Embedded Solutions Engineer to lead integration efforts with enterprise customers. You'll serve as the technical bridge between the client's SDK and our partners' diverse hardware platforms-enabling rapid onboarding, resolving device-side integration issues, and accelerating time-to-value.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing engineering role with high visibility and impact. You'll work closely with customers, product managers, and core SDK developers to drive successful dual-stack bring-up (BLE + satellite) on constrained embedded platforms.

Responsibilities
Lead embedded-level technical onboarding for enterprise customers, including integration, troubleshooting, and enablement of Hubble's SDK on BLE-capable hardware.
Develop chip-specific reference applications for popular SoCs and platforms.
Support customer firmware teams via code reviews, debugging, BSP/driver configuration, and alignment on provisioning and OTA strategies.
Translate integration learnings into reusable modules, tools, and documentation to enhance our SDK and streamline future customer engagements.
Partner with the core SDK team to prioritize scalable, reusable improvements.
Act as an internal advocate for customer needs, identifying and resolving friction points in the integration process.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in embedded systems, with extensive hands-on work on BLE-enabled devices.
Strong background in C/C++ firmware development.
Familiarity with Zephyr RTOS, Nordic SDK, or TI SimpleLink is required.
3+ years of experience working directly with customers, supporting hardware bring-up in the field, or delivering production-grade embedded systems.
Solid understanding of OTA workflows, power optimization, and memory-constrained environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of guiding less-experienced engineering teams toward successful outcomes.
Cryptographic know-how; experience with PSA or TF-M is a plus.
Hands-on expertise with embedded build systems (e.g., CMake, Make) and cross-compilation toolchains, including porting and optimizing for constrained targets.
