Required Skills:

Digital Farming Solutions at Bayer Crop Science seeking a Business Analyst to collaborate with Commercial and Marketing teams to support the execution of global commercial strategies. The Business Analyst will work with key stakeholders and cross functional teams to derive insights that influence decision making and improve business performance. This includes exploratory analysis of large data sets, identification of metrics/KPIs, creation of reports, storytelling and development & maintenance of data analytic processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with global, Commercial stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide support in the form of quick data insights, dashboards and reports.
- Responsible for the diagnosis, monitoring and highlighting gaps in the data lifecycle and critical systems to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
- Responsible for documenting data quality issues and subsequent quality requirements within Jira tickets for responsible teams.
