Description

Test and verify embedded Electronic Control Unit (ECU) Traction Power Inverter Module (TPIM) software to ensure all requirements and deliverables are met on-time for Hybrid and Battery Electric Vehicles, in Embedded C programming language, using Vehicle Spy, Vector CANalyzer, Vector CANoe, ETAS INCA tools, and neoVI FIRE, Lauterbach and dSPACE SCALEXIO hardware, to verify functionality at Function, Controller and System levels prior to production release, following SAFe, for current/future model year vehicle programs and global markets, and to meet vehicle specific electrical architecture, system, security, safety and encoding requirements. Identify and perform root cause of TPIM system software releases (including VeSCoM releases), ECU hardware and calibration problems, in vehicle using Vehicle Spy and ETAS INCA tools and Lauterbach, and on Hardware in the Loop test bench using dSPACE ControlDesk and dSPACE SCALEXIO, to ensure design intent and customer requirements are met.

Additional Description

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, and one (1) year of experience as an Engineer or related role. Must also have experience with: testing and verifying embedded Electronic Control Unit (ECU) software, in Embedded C, using Vector CANoe tool and dSPACE SCALEXIO hardware, to verify functionality at System level prior to production release.
