Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer with a strong background in developing and deploying applications on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance, and secure backend services and APIs using Java and leveraging various Google Cloud Platform services. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud-native development principles, microservices architecture, and best practices for building robust applications in a cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications and solutions on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
- Utilize and integrate various Google Cloud Platform services such as Compute Engine, App Engine, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions.
- Implement and maintain microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and product managers, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
- Ensure the security, reliability, and performance of applications in the Google Cloud Platform environment.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to design principles.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks in cloud-based applications.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Java technologies and Google Cloud Platform services.
