Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain complex contact center systems within federal and enterprise environments.
- Lead cloud migration efforts from legacy on-premise systems to AWS or other cloud contact center platforms.
- Collaborate with government and enterprise clients to ensure compliance with regulatory and security mandates.
- Architect scalable, secure solutions leveraging Avaya, Cisco, or Genesys platforms.
- Design, build, and support APIs, Web Services, and integrations for large-scale deployments.
- Provide hands-on engineering in support of network infrastructure, security, and platform design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering and design experience in enterprise environments, preferably with a Systems Integrator (SI).
- Demonstrated experience in U.S. Government environments; must be able to pass a Public Trust background check.
- Certifications in one or more major platforms: Avaya, Cisco, Genesys (required).
- AWS certification required (especially for California-based accounts).
- Strong understanding of cloud contact center migrations.
- Experience with API development, Web Services, Network Engineering, and security architecture.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and delivery standards in federal IT.
Security Clearance:
- Must be eligible to pass Public Trust.
- Preference for candidates able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.

1. Do you have experience working in government or federal environments?
2. Can you pass a Public Trust clearance? Are you eligible for a security clearance if needed?
3. Which contact center platforms have you worked with? (Avaya, Cisco, Genesys?) (Follow-up: Do you hold any current certifications in these platforms?)
4. Have you transitioned on-prem clients to AWS or another cloud contact center solution? (Follow-up: Are you AWS certified? If so, which certifications?)
5. Do you have experience designing or developing APIs or Web Services?
6. What is your background in network engineering and security? (Follow-up: Any relevant certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, etc.?)
7. Have you worked for a Systems Integrator supporting large enterprise customers?
