Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruiting Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Recruiting within the Workday HCM suite. The consultant will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders to ensure end-to-end recruiting processes are aligned with business requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support Workday Recruiting implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
Gather and analyze business requirements from Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
Configure and maintain Workday Recruiting components including:
Job Requisitions
Job Postings
Candidate Management
Interview Scheduling
Offer Management
Support integrations with external job boards, background check vendors, and third-party recruiting systems.
Configure and maintain business processes, security roles, domains, and permissions related to recruiting.
Develop and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Provide post-go-live support and resolve production issues.
Create and maintain functional documentation and configuration workbooks.
Train HR and recruiting teams on Workday Recruiting functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional Workday teams (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Security).
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of Workday Recruiting functional experience.
Hands-on experience with Workday HCM configuration.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruiting and talent acquisition processes.
Experience with Workday business process framework, security configuration, and reporting.
Experience supporting integrations (job boards, background vendors).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Workday Recruiting certification (Active or Previously Certified).
