Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced D365 CRM CE Technology Architect to lead the design, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, particularly in the telecom domain. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge in CRM architecture, hands-on experience with Salesforce to D365 migration, and a strong background in AI/Copilot functionalities. This role involves end-to-end solution design, stakeholder collaboration, and technical leadership across all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect D365 CRM CE solutions.
- Provide best fit solution for migration from Salesforce to D365 CRM
- Develop and implement custom AI/Copilot led functionalities
- Complex system integrations.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify and implement alternate solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem to replace Salesforce custom-built functionalities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Candidates with extensive experience on D365 CRM CE and Salesforce are preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in CRM solution architecture, with deep expertise in Microsoft D365 CE.
- Strong knowledge of the telecom domain and CRM usage patterns in B2B and B2C environments.
- Proven experience with Salesforce-to-D365 migration projects, including data migration and functional parity analysis.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, and integration frameworks (REST/SOAP APIs, Logic Apps, etc.).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft AI/Copilot and the latest D365 CE AI capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (CE) and/or Azure are highly preferred.
- Experience leading multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large-scale enterprise CRM transformations.
- Exposure to telecom CRM systems and customer lifecycle management processes.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM architecture and data models.
- Ability to lead RFP/RFI technical responses and solution demos.
