Job Details
Requirements:
- 5 or more years of experience with DevOps and SCRUM/iterative/waterfall development.
- Proficiency in ITSM tools, including Remedy and ServiceNow.
- Experience in IT Project Management methodologies.
- Experience with the full Application Development life cycle.
- Experience with gathering requirements focused on security and accessibility.
- Experience with modernization projects and COTS product adoption.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Incident Management and Change Management for application support.
- Bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions.
- Plan and coordinate daily stand-up meetings with the development team.
- Review business requirements and estimate development level-of-effort.
- Collaborate with the application team to identify and fix technical problems.
- Manage application inventory and support documentation for the portfolio.
- Provide weekly status updates on team projects, tasks, and initiatives.
