Role Overview:
We are seeking an AI-Enabled Vibe Coding Expert with advanced expertise in integrating AI tools throughout every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will leverage cutting-edge AI assistants, Agents, and Model Context Protocol Servers (MCPS) to accelerate, automate, and optimize both application modernization and development processes.

Experience:

• 5+ years in Application Development using technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, or similar.
• Minimum 1+ year experience using Vibe coding tools for Application Development and Modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end modernization of legacy applications by applying AI-driven methodologies across all SDLC phases: planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Utilize AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Claude Code, and AI Agents to automate code generation, code review, testing, and deployment tasks.
• Develop and refine advanced prompts and workflows to maximize AI tool effectiveness during coding, debugging, and documentation.
• Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-augmented development pipelines.
• Establish and promote best practices for embedding AI tools and Agents within CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve AI-assisted development workflows to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies and integrating relevant tools to optimize the software development lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide development teams on effective AI-enabled coding and automation strategies.
