IT Architect (.NET)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Architect (.NET) in Juno Beach, FL.

Job Responsibilities:
Application Development:
* Design, develop, and maintain applications using .Net 6.0, C#, ASP.Net, .Net Core
* Implement and maintain applications with Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
* Design and implement RESTful APIs and manage repositories
* Utilize SQL Server v13 & v16 and Entity Framework 6.0/Core for database solutions

Quality and Performance:
* Implement and utilize CI/CD pipelines
* Apply test automation frameworks and tools
* Employ code coverage and other quality assurance tools

Architecture and Design:
* Lead the design and development of applications using N-tier architecture
* Collaborate with architects and senior developers for scalable system designs

Project Delivery and Coordination:
* Lead successful projects, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards
* Communicate effectively with technical, business, and offshore teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on .Net technologies
* Proven experience in developing and maintaining APIs, working with repositories, and implementing CI/CD processes
* Hands-on experience with WPF, SQL Server v13 & v16, Entity Framework 6.0/Core
* Strong understanding of N-tier architecture
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
