IT Architect (.NET)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an IT Architect (.NET) in Juno Beach, FL.

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect/Team Lead with extensive experience in .NET and Java development. The ideal candidate will also have some knowledge of Salesforce and experience with billing systems. This role involves leading a team of developers, designing robust architecture solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Ideally this person started out as a Full Stack Developer and moved into an architecture/leader-based role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design and implementation of software solutions
* Architect and develop scalable applications using .NET and Java technologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Provide technical guidance on Salesforce integrations and billing system implementations
* Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in software development
* Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate into project designs
* Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in .NET and Java development
* Familiarity with Salesforce and its ecosystem
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
* Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in designing and implementing billing systems is a plus

Nice to Have:
* Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture
* Salesforce experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
