The Operations Supervisor is a key strategic leader responsible for the overall success and management of the volunteer program. This role focuses on strategic business planning and data-driven decision-making to guide the program's direction. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, ensuring collaboration with stakeholders, and providing high-level support for department activities and volunteer schedules.

responsibilities:


  • Leads Strategic Business Planning and Data-Driven Decision Making: Drives strategies for data collection and analysis to support business goals and inform key decisions. Updates databases and ensures adherence to organizational policies and safety standards.
  • Oversees Project Execution and Stakeholder Collaboration: Manages project implementation by coordinating team efforts and ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Schedule, Supervise, and Support Department Activities: Assigns tasks, manages volunteer schedules, provides guidance during shifts, and ensures a positive experience.


qualifications:


  • Two (2) years of experience in data analytics, healthcare business operations, business process analytics, or project management OR a minimum of five (5) years of experience in data analytics, healthcare business operations, business process analytics, or project management
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.


Preferred/Nice to Haves:



  • Experience in a large matrixed organization
  • Project Management experience
  • Process Improvement experience
