As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for multiple clients, providing hands-on and remote support across a wide range of technologies. Your day-to-day will include:
- Resolving support tickets with efficiency and care
- Escalating complex issues when needed
- Creating clear, helpful documentation
- Participating in light project work, including device setups and on-site service calls
You'll also have opportunities to grow your skills through new responsibilities aligned with your experience and interests.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of IT support experience (desktop and remote)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10, Office 365, and Active Directory
- A customer-first mindset and excellent communication skills
- Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment is a big plus!
