Job Description:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to Duck Creek Billing solutions.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and detailed design documents.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of Duck Creek Billing payment integrations
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Duck Creek Billing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and quality standards.
  • Part of the testing process with User Acceptance Testing and SQL
  • Provide expertise and support during the implementation and post-implementation phases, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
