Job Details
- 4+ years in a Customer Success Operations/Gainsight Admin role
- Level 3 Gainsight certification
- Proven ability to write high-quality solution design documents, requirement specs, and technical documentation
- Proven ability to manage your work to a project schedule - mapping out milestones, dependencies, and communicating timelines on an ongoing basis
- Strong orientation toward solutions, with structured process adherence (requirements stakeholder engagement design testing documentation)
- Extensive Gainsight workflow, dashboard, and reporting experience
- Familiarity integrating Gainsight with Salesforce.com and project tools like JIRA
- Experience delivering within a defined release process and managing change control
- Experience with pooled and/or digital CSM models
- Excellent communication, collaborative, and stakeholder management skills.
