We are seeking a Product Manager for our Perioperative IT team which manages Epic and ancillary systems tools across our enterprise.

Responsibilities include:
  • Manage a team of IT professionals.
  • Oversee and manage projects ranging in size, complexity, and scope.
  • Manage product requests.
  • Determine how changes impact the overall system and that of interrelated systems.
  • Responsible for the design and delivery of product solutions, ensuring that the end product meets stakeholder needs.
  • Oversee the design of workflow for new systems.
  • Participates in system go-lives.
  • Regularly speaks with clients to address and troubleshoot high-level issues. Works closely with the team to deliver high quality customer support.
  • Interface and work with other departments to identify and resolve issues regarding coordinated efforts to deliver solutions. Allocate team resources to other departments as needed.


Requirements include:
  • Experience managing a team of clinical IT professionals in an enterprise health care environment preferred.
  • Product implementation experience
  • Project management
  • Knowledge of inpatient clinical workflows preferred.
  • IT troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Epic certification in a clinical module
  • Experience collaborating with clinical leaders as stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience


Meeting all requirements for Epic certification is a condition of employment.
