Job Title: Senior Camunda Developer Location:Pittsburg,PA

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Camunda Developer with 10+ years of IT experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in Camunda BPM and workflow automation, along with strong Java development skills. , requiring the candidate to be available in person from Day 1.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Camunda BPM workflows and process automation solutions.
  • Integrate Camunda with Java-based microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
  • Optimize and enhance workflow automation processes to improve system efficiency.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into BPM solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Camunda Decision Models (DMN), Business Process Models (BPMN), and Case Management Models (CMMN).
  • Ensure best practices for Camunda configuration, performance tuning, and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Camunda-related production issues, ensuring system stability.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams for CI/CD pipeline integration and containerized deployments.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT experience with a strong focus on Camunda BPM development.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Expertise in Camunda BPMN, DMN, and CMMN models.
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Camunda Cockpit, Tasklist, and Admin tools.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and performance tuning.
  • Ability to work in an agile development environment (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
