***This position is 100% onsite in Brooklyn, NY -- no remote, no hybrid***

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES

The right candidate will have omni-channel marketplace experience with Amazon.com, Walmart.com, eBay.com, Homedepot.com, Lowes.com and other key marketplaces. You must possess a proven track record of getting and optimizing online sales, strong data analysis skills, and extensive experience in establishing drop-shipping accounts. You will have a key role in assisting the team with management and growth of your designated accounts, implementing strategies to ensure the attainment of key financial goals and objectives.
  • Establish drop-shipping programs for online retailers
  • Develop E-Commerce sales strategies, programs and plans for existing and potential customers. Includes but not limited to assisting in the development of annual business plans and monitoring goals, conducting monthly reviews, preparing marketing calendars for assigned accounts, and leading action item efforts.
  • Assisting the team to achieve all e-Commerce financial goals for your designated account(s). Work with the team to own P&L responsibility for annual web sales targets and profitability across a wide digital customer base.
  • Will define, identify, and implement customer acquisition strategies.
  • Be directly involved in the day-to-day e-Commerce operations, merchandising execution, and maintenance.
  • Evaluate market share and competition.
  • Ensure the entire web process exceeds expectations from how the brand is perceived to product availability, quality and order processing timeliness.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in marketing, finance, product, engineering, supply chain, creative, IT, and customer service to ensure the best possible customer experience is achieved.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management or related field
  • 4+ years of e-Commerce sales experience
  • Experience working with Amazon.com (1P and 3P) and Walmart Retail link strongly preferred
  • Candidates with ecommerce experience must be able to demonstrate successful track record in E-Commerce sales growth
  • Demonstrated knowledge of analytical tools - including site analytics, email measurement, display measurement, and Excel
