Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $70.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select. Responsibilities:
- Creating search areas within their geographic area of responsibility.
- Working with the performance team to understand area and issues within his/her sector.
- Working with System Performance counterparts to understand issues and help reduce Lost Calls and Ineffective Attempts within their sector.
- Other responsibilities include: creating and supplying cell site translations; performing drive testing to evaluate search area candidate as necessary; preparing FCC/FAA and FAS submissions in a timely manner; performing radio engineering evaluation for system planning and site acquisition; beginning to identify location specific needs for new cells taking baseline, performance, capacity, and population into consideration; and evaluating coverage problems and requirements for coverage cells.
Must have skills:
- ATOLL, creating RFDS, FUZE, NPP, and general design knowledge, antenna selection techniques for Capacity and Coverage site design.
Desired skills:
- 3 to 5 years of Design, and Optimization experience in Ericsson market. Tableau Dashboard familiarity and creating reports, Excel Macros and some programming background
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 5-7 years
