Our consulting partner is seeking a Squad Lead (Manager-level) to support a large-scale IT Operations and End User Compute migration initiative for a leading Canadian banking client.
The selected contractor will lead end-user transition activities as part of a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration, bringing both technical fluency and delivery discipline across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.

The selected contractor will lead end-user transition activities as part of a Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration, bringing both technical fluency and delivery discipline across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the IT Operations & End User Compute squad during an enterprise migration initiative.
- Manage end-user transition activities related to M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Oversee device standardization and refresh (Intune/Autopilot).
- Drive Telephony, Mobility, OneDrive, and Teams migration streams.
- Coordinate transition state connectivity (VPN between environments).
- Manage unstructured data migrations (individual/team shared drives/folders).
- Oversee cutover planning, risk/issue tracking, and stakeholder communications.
- Lead post-cutover activities, including archival and decommissioning of applications with appropriate controls and audit trail.
Qualifications:
- Proven delivery leadership experience within the banking sector.
- Hands-on expertise with M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations.
- Strong understanding of device management, end-user computing, and migration planning.
- Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bilingual (French/English) an asset.
