Job Description
We need senior-level developers who can:
- Build custom scoped applications using App Engine Studio and ServiceNow scripting.
- Develop Service Portal widgets and UI Builder components with reusable, scalable design.
- Implement REST API integrations and leverage Flow Designer for automation.
- Work with Now Assist (ServiceNow s AI capabilities) or ramp up quickly.
- Write complex JavaScript on demand, including advanced patterns for performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize code for Internet-facing apps at scale.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 9+ years ServiceNow development experience (custom development, not admin/config).
- Strong experience with:
- Custom Scoped App development
- Service Portal & UI Builder (custom widgets/components)
- REST API integrations & Flow Designer automation
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), AngularJS, and React.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and performance considerations.
- Hands-on experience with development tools (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances).
Nice-to-Have
- ServiceNow CAD certification.
- Experience with Now Assist and AI-driven features.
