We’re partnering with a Christian nonprofit with 50+ years of global impact, to hire a Network Engineer for their Phoenix office. This role blends hands-on infrastructure work with mission-driven service. They are looking for someone who thrives in technical problem-solving, values service, and aligns with their mission.

What You’ll Do

  • Administer and maintain core network infrastructure (routers, firewalls, switches, VPNs, DNS/DHCP servers, access points).

  • Support Active Directory, Windows Server functions, authentication, and security protocols.

  • Research, design, and implement networking upgrades in AWS/Azure and VMware environments.

  • Manage inventories of networking hardware, contracts, and licenses.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, diagrams, and configuration standards.

  • Collaborate with IT Support and Infrastructure teams to keep systems patched, secure, and resilient.

  • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance windows.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of networking experience.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Cisco/Meraki or UniFi gear.

  • Strong grasp of network security, capacity planning, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience with Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.

  • Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud environments is a plus
  • VMware networking a plus.

  • Proficiency across OS platforms (Windows, Linux, Mac).

  • Certification: CCNA is a strong plus.
