Contract Duration: 6 Months
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Business Analysis, Critical Thinker.
- Business Process Improvement.
- Data Mapping.
- Policies and Procedures.
- Process Mapping.
- Standard Operating Procedures.
- 6-7 years of experience.
- Strong Writer.
- Financial institution highly preferred, specifically big bank experience.
- AI/Automation experience would be great to add to the design of the CMS of the future.
- Experience with data models is good.
- Content Management System (CMS) experience. Client use OpenText systems. TeamSite is being adopted, currently using Web Experience Management.
What You Will Be Doing
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Process Engineering.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Process Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel.
