About You:

As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients. Operating in an Agile environment, you will leverage your leadership skills to drive the successful delivery of large-scale projects in close collaboration with technical teams.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, overseeing resource capacity, and making informed decisions under pressure. You will lead cross-functional project teams comprising clients, analysts, developers, live operators, and creative professionals to define and execute business, testing, training, and communication requirements.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple medium- to large-scale OTT projects, taking full ownership of end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery
• Facilitate projects hand-off, ensuring that the delivery team understands expectations
• Lead or facilitate pre-project technical requirements gathering and scope definition with project stakeholders
• Assemble, assign, and direct project team and develop schedule to ensure timely completion of project and set expectations in accordance with the Project Plan, to align the stakeholders and team members
• Review and advise in business requirements, functional specifications, design documentation, test scripts, etc., as needed
• Lead and supervise work of project team members (who are not direct reports); collaborate with functional managers on resource allocation and management of staff assigned to projects; including geographically distributed members
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members (onsite and offshore), client stakeholders and peers
• Execute the tasks as defined in the project plan to achieve the project goals
• Proactively anticipate and identify project risks and implement the approved actions and workarounds required to mitigate risk events to minimize the impact to the project
• Identify and escalate issues that may impede project timelines, costs, and/or quality; articulate trade-offs in response to shifting requirements; and manage subsequent changes
• Measure performance to ensure projects are progressing according to approved plans and will meet established targets
• Continuously enhance project management capabilities through commitment to professional development
• Coordinate with internal and external teams (on site/offshore) as necessary.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a project manager with in-depth knowledge of the software development life cycle and a thorough understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies
• Proven and extensive experience in digital project management, with experience in video streaming and OTT projects preferred.
• Must be able to work Full-Time
• Bachelor s / advance degree in Computer Science, Technology, Media, or Information Systems preferred demonstrating a strong understanding of software development and infrastructure
• On-hands and active Client Management & Project Management experience (ideally certified in PMP and/or Agile)
• Profound knowledge of Web technology and apps related technologies
• Proficiency in MS Project/Office, JIRA, Confluence and management tools
• Effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required
