  • Translate high-level business objectives into actionable, engineering-ready work items
  • Help shape MVPs by clarifying requirements and challenging assumptions

Agile Leadership & Delivery

  • Own delivery across engineering teams with adaptability and clarity

  • Avoid technical jargon bring everyone along by simplifying the complex
  • Provide proactive insights, not just outputs

Team Enablement & Culture

  • Inspire and mentor engineering teams through influence, not hierarchy
  • Foster a collaborative, feedback-driven engineering culture
  • Share knowledge generously and lead with humility and curiosity

Who You Are

  • A strategic thinker with deep technical chops and high business acumen
  • An empathetic communicator and proactive collaborator
  • Adaptable in your architectural approach context over convention
  • Driven by continuous learning and improvement for both teams and systems
  • Confident yet open-minded willing to teach, learn, and evolve

Qualifications

  • 12+ years in software engineering with at least 5 years in architecture roles
  • Strong background in cloud-native development, distributed systems, and scalable data models
  • Hands-on experience coding in Java, Python, or Go
  • Proven success working with product and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills both technical and business-facing

Preferred

  • Previous experience as CTO, Chief Engineer, or lead architect in large-scale enterprise projects
  • Experience leading and mentoring cross-functional teams
  • Strong foundation in DevOps, CI/CD, and security practices
