Job Title: Lead SFDC Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: San Diego, CA (Onsite 3 4 Days/Week)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead SFDC Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in San Diego, CA. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise and functional understanding of Salesforce platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and coordinate an offshore team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Salesforce initiatives across Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, FSC, and Integration modules.

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Java, and Salesforce configurations.

  • Act as the liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring smooth communication and delivery.

  • Coordinate and guide an offshore team of 9 developers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

  • Analyze system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.

  • Ensure solutions align with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10 12 years of overall IT experience with a strong Salesforce background.

  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customization.

  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Java.

  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate offshore development teams.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work onsite in San Diego 3 4 days per week.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

  • Exposure to integration tools and middleware platforms.

  • Salesforce certifications are a plus.
