What You'll Do:
- Precision Assembly: Transform machine parts and components into high-quality finished products by following blueprints and technical drawings.
- Master Your Tools: Work with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment to ensure precise, secure, and seamless builds.
- Blueprint & Work Order Interpretation: Read and execute detailed technical instructions to ensure each product is built to exact specifications.
- Quality at Every Step: Inspect, test, and adjust assembled components to ensure flawless functionality and industry-leading quality standards.
- Keep It Running Smoothly: Perform maintenance on assembly tools and report any machinery issues to keep production flowing.
- Safety First: Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following all safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with machine operators, quality control specialists, and production supervisors to meet deadlines and refine processes.
- Problem Solve & Improve: Identify issues, troubleshoot assembly challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
- 2+years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine shop work, or manufacturing.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
- Organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed assembly records.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and tracking progress.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in mechanical assembly or manufacturing.
- Experience with pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
- Familiarity with quality control tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles or process improvement techniques.
- Experience assembling complex or precision machine components.

Working Conditions:
