OTM Cloud Architect

Position: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Functional Architect
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud Functional Architect to lead key OTM cloud initiatives within client's logistics and supply chain landscape. This individual will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, implementation, and support of multiple OTM projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep functional expertise in OTM and play a critical role in aligning technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end OTM cloud solution delivery, including requirement gathering, functional design, implementation, and support.
• Oversee multiple functional OTM projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Provide Tier 2 support, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and deliver ad-hoc business analysis as required.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across OTM modules such as Order Management, Shipment Planning (including Bulk Planning), Financials (Invoicing/Vouchers), and Rate Management.
• Drive process optimization and contribute to the design and configuration of OTM based on industry best practices.
• Design and implement automation agents, custom screens, business process modeling, and workbenches within OTM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transportation/logistics processes with technical solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), including 5+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Minimum 5 years of OTM Cloud implementation experience.
• Strong functional expertise in various OTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Rate Management, Operational Planning, and Financials.
• Proven experience in OTM configuration and the ability to implement changes based on evolving business requirements.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end transportation and logistics processes.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with OTM features like LNM (Logistics Network Modeling), ODA (Oracle Digital Assistant), mobile solutions, and machine learning integrations.
• Familiarity with SAP and its integration with OTM.
