  • Support and maintain infrastructure components including switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, virtualization platforms, and storage systems.
  • Lead and manage complex, high-impact changes while ensuring infrastructure stability and availability.
  • Serve as a key liaison between TechOps and Engineering, Architecture, Information Security, and Production Support teams.
  • Drive initiatives related to system reliability, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.
  • Maintain high availability and operational performance across systems and network infrastructure.
  • Align infrastructure strategy with overall business and IT goals.
  • Plan and coordinate software/hardware upgrades and lifecycle activities in collaboration with vendors and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation including procedures, network diagrams, and runbooks.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and support forensic investigations using monitoring and observability tools.
  • Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and testing.
  • Champion configuration management and change control policies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise environments including Windows, Linux, and Cloud (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) platforms.
  • 6+ years of experience in enterprise-level system/network design and support.
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving 100% uptime across critical infrastructure.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with:
    • Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama
    • Juniper (preferred), Cisco, or HPE Aruba switching platforms
    • VLAN/subnet design and implementation
    • OSPF and BGP routing protocols
    • IPSec VPN technologies
    • Enterprise wireless solutions (Juniper preferred)
  • Solid proficiency in:
    • Network security concepts including ACLs, 802.1x, and NAC
    • Authentication technologies: LDAP (Active Directory preferred), RADIUS
    • Windows Server and Linux operating systems
    • Scripting: Bash, PowerShell, Python, Perl
  • Strong experience with infrastructure monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven success in delivering multiple complex projects independently and in a team setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Deep expertise in Palo Alto technologies (PCNSA/PCNSE certified preferred)
  • Experience with Juniper networking platforms (JNCIA/JNCIS/JNCIP certifications preferred)
  • Exposure to AWS and Azure networking and security models
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Configuration Management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or similar
  • Additional certifications: CCSP, ITIL, or other relevant methodologies and best practices
What You'll Bring
  • A passion for technology and innovation.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address issues proactively.
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
