Workday AI Illuminate consultant

Role: Illuminate Workday Analyst(Workday AI)

Location: Remote, USA

6+ years in multiple Workday areas (HCM, SCM and Workday Finance) experience in both implementations and operational support

Hands on Technical and Functional experience with various processes in HCM, SCM and Finance

Experience enabling and implementing AI solution using Workday native options and/or external AI capabilities including Illuminate

Mandatory Skills: 6+ years in multiple Workday areas (HCM, SCM and Workday Finance)

Demo, enable and roll out Workday AI capabilities (Illuminate)

The ideal candidate would work directly with customer and drive/facilitate the AI driven optimization

Run discovery sessions and collect business unit requirements

Design and build solutions by directly working with business users

Build a solution roadmap and be able to articulate and formulate roadmap and solution in a structured manner

Implement enhancements, projects and support Enterprise ERP System

Build HCM (Time tracking, Payroll, Performance Mgmt, Advanced comp etc), SCM and Finance optimizations and new features

Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements

Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants

Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access

Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments

Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements

Participate in Oncall rotation with team members for critical off hours issues
