Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Understands and performs up to medium-high complex tasks independently, to support process and services.
Subject matter expertise in risk and compliance and cyber security concepts and capabilities. Leverages experience to support risk and compliance domains. Applies their experience to support cross-functional domains.
Manages tactical operation of services/processes to ensure timeliness and quality, and overall results' delivery.
Manages most tactical challenges/roadblocks for regular process steps. Identify and propose process changes to address.
Identifies and supports tasks to drive risk and compliance maturity for Client and improve alignment with best practices, as requested.
Effectively communicates with immediate supervisors, team members and stakeholders.
Facilitates collaboration within the team, process stakeholders, and others in IT to foster and encourage open communication, collaboration, and problem solving, and works cross-functionally to drive project success.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and begins to implement solutions with guidance.
Independently supports report and presentation development; capable of delivering presentations in a limited scope; contributes significantly to process documentation.
Actively Identifies improvements to medium size and scale processes and leads the process improvement delivery.
Requirements:
5-10 years experience in IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Management at an Analyst level
3+ years experience in Issues Management
A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, OR a related field, OR equivalent experience.
Basic level skills using Excel and PowerPoint
Preferences:
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or other certifications
Familiarity will GRC technology platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Archer, etc.)
o ServiceNow is preferred over other platforms
