BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager Non-Tech 3 Job for an opportunity at Remote!


Position Title: Project Manager Non-Tech 3


Location: Remote


Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Expected Duration: 02 Months of contract.


Job Type: Contract and Remote


Pay Range: $45 - $50/hr.

Job Description:


The project manager is responsible for documenting the marketing budget management process and developing process improvement plans based on feedback from stakeholders.



Key Deliverables



  • Documentation of the marketing budget management process, including transfers, allocations, and true ups.

  • Mapping of key tasks, workflow, deliverables, and timing.

  • Summary documentation that reflects key stakeholders, dependencies, decision-making considerations, and all prior knowledge.

  • Reconciliation process of the strategic funds (reserve) account.

  • Include key learnings from past process and improvement ideas.


    Project Timeline


    This is an 8-week project starting the week of April 29th and ending on June 21st.


    Week 1: Align overall project plan milestones and begin interviewing stakeholders.


    Week 2: Review documentation and continue stakeholder interviews.


    Week 3: Review documentation and continue stakeholder interviews.


    Week 4: Mid-point check-in, complete documentation outline, with sub-chapters pending additional interviews and document review. Receive directional feedback on deliverables.


    Week 5: Review documentation, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend methods.


    Week 6: Deliverable iteration check-in and receive additional directional feedback on deliverables.


    Week 7: Final draft review and receive additional directional feedback on deliverables.


    Week 8: Make final improvements to deliverables and complete the project.



    Preferred Skillsets



  • Project and workflow management expertise, with 3+ years of experience.

  • Process documentation experience, with 2+ years of experience.

  • Strong verbal and presentation skills.

  • Understanding of marketing budget concepts.

  • Confident with PowerBI, Excel, and SharePoint.
