Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As an Enterprise Architect - Salesforce, you will join Turnberry's Salesforce practice. Turnberry's Salesforce practice encompasses strategic planning, full-scale implementation and rollout, managed services.
Responsibilities:
Translate business strategy into integrated architectural blueprints that support scalable product growth, ecosystem interoperability, and long-term agility
Architect core product capabilities such as:
Digital Asset Management (DAM) and CMS strategy
Mobile architecture and omnichannel engagement
Personalization and identity resolution
Tiered pricing engines connecting members, clients (payers), and gym partners
Support an enterprise customer office to improve customer and member engagement
Define cross-platform architectural alignment between the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, CPQ) and the custom product stack (React/Node.js)
Lead the design of AWS-native data and integration ecosystem, ensuring scalable ingestion, transformation, and real-time decisioning using tools like Kafka, DBT, Snowflake, and Redshift
Partner across architecture domains (data, platform, security, integration, UX) to drive consistency, reusability, and performance
Define architecture standards and guardrails for a greenfield, decoupled portal architecture leveraging APIs, event-driven design, and microservices
Ensure Salesforce architecture aligns with custom product delivery, including syncing CRM, campaign, and transactional data across systems of engagement and record
Guide DevSecOps practices, enabling automated pipelines, code quality enforcement, and secure deployments using GitHub, Jira, and AWS-native toolsets
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business leadership to roadmap capabilities, surface architectural tradeoffs, and evolve platform maturity
Mentor other architects and technical leads, and represent enterprise architecture in governance forums and decision-making bodies
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture roles within modern product, data, or digital platforms
Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce platform capabilities into broader cloud ecosystems - especially Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Data Cloud
Proven success architecting across data-intensive platforms, personalization engines, and composable commerce ecosystems
Deep knowledge of AWS-native design patterns, serverless computing, event-driven architecture, and secure API design
Experience defining and executing mobile strategies, DAM/CMS architectures, and multichannel engagement frameworks
Strong understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code in regulated or scaled environments
Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to align technical direction with business goals and product priorities
Background in health tech, consumer platforms, or B2B2C models is highly desirable
The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $235,000 or the hourly equivalent.
