Job Description

  • The Client is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in Vitech Velocity V3 to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on analyzing, documenting, and improving business processes related to Payroll and Claim Benefits within the insurance or benefits administration industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis and system implementations, with a particular focus on the Vitech Velocity platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2 3 years working specifically on Vitech Velocity V3.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Payroll and Claim Benefits processes within the insurance or benefits administration industry.
  • Experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and test cases.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Prior experience in large-scale system implementations or upgrades.
  • Familiarity with related domains such as Policy Administration, Billing, or CRM within Velocity.
