We are seeking an experienced Workday ERP Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Workday HCM/Finance modules across the organization. The ideal candidate has deep Workday functional expertise, strong business process knowledge, and the ability to partner with HR, Finance, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead configuration, deployment, and support of Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Financials, or others based on specialization).
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document workflows, and define system enhancements.
  • Perform end-to-end configuration including business processes, security roles, integrations, calculated fields, and reporting.
  • Develop Workday reports using Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT, and dashboards.
  • Support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
  • Ensure Workday system security, compliance, and role-based access control (RBAC) are correctly implemented.
  • Lead and support Workday semi-annual releases: testing, validation, change management, and communication.
  • Partner with HR/Finance teams to streamline processes and maximize Workday functionality.
  • Assist with data conversions, audits, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Prepare documentation including design specs, process documents, and user guides.
  • Provide end-user training and support post-implementation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-7+ years of experience as a Workday Consultant, Workday Analyst, or Workday Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting one or more Workday modules:
    • HCM Core, Talent, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll
    • Recruiting, Learning, Time Tracking
    • Financials, Procurement, Projects (for Finance track)
  • Strong understanding of HR/Finance business processes and best practices.
  • Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio).
  • Strong skills in Workday Reporting & Calculated Fields.
  • Experience with Workday Security and role-based permissions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver high-quality solutions, and work cross-functionally.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Workday certifications (HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Financials, Reporting, Security, Studio, etc.).
  • Experience with large-scale HRIS/ERP implementations.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience in global HR/Finance operations and multi-country system setups.
  • Experience integrating Workday with payroll systems (ADP, Kronos, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
