Location: Remote + 20% travel to PA (Expenses Covered)
Start: January 2nd, 2026
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
Responsibilities:

Own and drive the overall SuccessFactors solution architecture across multiple modules (EC, LMS, Recruiting, Onboarding, PMGM, Compensation, Platform, Reporting, etc.).

Lead end-to-end functional design, configuration governance, and cross-module alignment to ensure a scalable and consistent HR technology landscape.

Oversee release management, regression testing, and impact assessment for quarterly SF releases.

Partner with business stakeholders to define HR processes, gather requirements, conduct fit gap analysis, and develop best-practice SF solutions.

Support and guide integration strategy across EC, Payroll, S/4HANA, BTP, Identity services (IAS/IPS), and third-party HR systems.

Provide oversight to module consultants, review configurations, and ensure adherence to platform standards and data governance policies.

Troubleshoot complex cross-module issues and coordinate with SAP Support for high-priority incidents.

Lead workshops, solution walkthroughs, architecture reviews, and technical documentation efforts.

Ensure RBP (Role-Based Permissions), data models, workflows, and security settings are consistent and compliant across modules.
Required Skills:

Strong multi-module SuccessFactors experience, preferably including EC + at least 2 3 additional modules.

Experience leading multi-module SF implementations or serving as SF Architect / SF Lead.

Deep understanding of integrations, IAS/IPS, SSO, and downstream HR/Payroll systems.

Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional coordination abilities.

SF certifications across modules are a plus.
