Description
We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation and resolution of IT-related issues. This is a contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent, offering an excellent opportunity to grow and develop within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to service desk tickets, providing effective solutions to address user concerns.
Manage and maintain Active Directory accounts, including user access and permissions.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows and Windows 10.
Provide guidance and support to users experiencing basic IT problems.
Document and track all support activities to ensure accurate reporting and follow-up.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and streamline IT support.
Conduct routine system checks to identify and prevent potential issues.
Ensure excellent customer service by communicating effectively with end-users.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software as needed.
Requirements
Proficiency in Active Directory management and maintenance.
Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows and Windows 10 operating systems.
Experience in troubleshooting basic IT issues.
Familiarity with service desk ticketing systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
