Job Details
Partnering with the HR leadership team and the ECC to S4 migration team, this individual will capture key elements of the current HR solution, ensure they are understood, confirm migration, and aid with testing. It is critical that this person understands both SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in order to share insights, as required, into the future state capabilities of the solution to be deployed in a later phase.
This role will be interfacing with HR and other executives so very strong communication and presentation skills are critical.
Must be willing to work US Pacific Time business hours.
