  • Bachelors degree - Engineering
  • Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  • Process driven experience
  • Salary 75-100K


Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for plastic and polymer products.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of designs.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and compliance with industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues related to plastics and polymers.
  • Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in plastic and polymer technologies.
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
  • Train and support production staff on best practices and new technologies.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing engineering with a focus on plastics and polymers.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools.
  • Strong understanding of polymer chemistry and material properties.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to plastics and polymers.
