Job Description:

As a SME, lead the design, development and implementation of an Amazon Connect cloud-based contact center solution. Services including, but not limited to: Call and Queue Flows, Agent Experience, Call Recording, Metrics, Contact Lens, CTR Data analysis Serve as a consultative technology point of contact in the planning, design, implementation and maintenance of Amazon Connect. Serve as the technology consultant to determine which services are used and how they connect those services. Must be able to lead the process and develop interconnectivity between services in Amazon Connect. Serve as the control point for all development and integration of services in the organization providing expertise in Lambda, Python and JSON. At least 2 years of enterprise experience building applications using AWS services (Cloud Watch, Kinesis, S3, Lex, Poly) At least 2 years of enterprise experience with Telephony and VOIP (Voice Over IP) At least 2 years of enterprise experience with Contact Center Technologies (WEBRTC) Modern DevOps tools and techniques including GitHub, CI/CD, and Docker Designs software solutions, algorithms, and cloud architectures needed to satisfy product features and functionality defined by product owner and other stakeholders in a production environment Works in all phases of the software development life cycle including functional analysis, development of technical requirements, technical design, prototyping, coding, testing, deployment, data migration, and support Participate in daily scrums, work with Scrum Master and QA Team on projects, and support delivery timelines and priorities Finds, analyzes, and fixes bugs and performance problems whenever and wherever they may occur Acts as a subject matter expert for products that the scrum team supports Solves problems as part of a team and leads team to developing solutions for features and sub-components and improvements to software delivery

Education: At least a bachelor s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
