IAM Application Onboarding & Integration Analyst

• Serve as a primary liaison between application teams and the IAM engineering team, focusing on the integration of applications with core IAM solutions.
• Strong Business & Technical Writing: Develop clear, concise, and business-facing documentation (including Confluence sites, process maps, presentations) that translates complex technical IAM jargon into consumable information for application teams and senior leadership.
• Contribute to the strategic modernization journey by helping to define integration frameworks for applications acquired and built by the client.
• Support the adoption and migration of applications onto the SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) platform for provisioning, deprovisioning, and certification.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams by providing detailed requirements for the development of a single point of access portal for application integration with core IAM services.
• Assist in enriching and implementing security controls within the IAM framework, such as Separation of Duties (SoD) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Engage with business partners and application teams confidently to communicate IAM requirements and best practices, proactively integrating security early in the design phase ("shifting left").
• Participate actively in an Agile development environment, understanding priorities, defining success metrics, and contributing to delegation within a fast-paced team.
• Comfortable working on both legacy systems (approx. 50% of current work) and modernization efforts.

• 4+ years of experience in Information Security Analysis, specifically with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and application integration.
• Demonstrated experience in a role requiring significant business and technical writing skills, including creating process documentation, presentations, and business-facing materials.
• Experience with or strong understanding of core IAM tools and concepts, including PAM (Privileged Access Management like CyberArk, HashiCorp), Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions (e.g., Ping, Entra ID/Azure AD), and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms (preferably SailPoint IIQ).
• Ability to navigate complex technical concepts and articulate them in a clear, business-friendly manner.
• Familiarity with financial industry compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FFIEC, PCI DSS) and the implications for security controls and workflows.
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, "green fields" environment with a high degree of autonomy, managing outcomes rather than strictly defined tasks.
• Strong collaborative skills, comfortable engaging directly with stakeholders and driving consensus.
