Job Title: Business Analyst - Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: Long term contract

Job Summary:

The Business Analyst will play a critical role in the successful implementation of an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform. This position involves working closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze current state processes, and assist in developing the IGA adoption roadmap. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in process documentation, and a background in identity management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify and gather detailed business and technical requirements for the IGA platform.
    • Conduct interviews and workshops to capture requirements and understand business needs.
  • Documentation:
    • Document functional and non-functional requirements in a clear and concise manner.
    • Create comprehensive documentation of current state process flows related to identity governance and administration.
  • Process Analysis:
    • Analyze existing identity management processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
    • Work with stakeholders to map out current state processes and propose future state solutions.
  • Roadmap Development:
    • Assist in the creation of an IGA adoption roadmap, outlining key milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and met.
    • Provide regular updates and feedback to stakeholders on project progress and changes.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure the IGA platform meets business requirements and quality standards.
    • Assist in the development of test cases and scenarios for user acceptance testing.

Skills

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in identity management or IT security projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools.
  • Familiarity with IGA platforms and identity management concepts is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to identity governance and administration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • IGA project experience.

Education

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
