Job Details
Position Title: Configuration Analyst/Administrator
Work Location: Mason, OH 45040
Work Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour break; 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week)
Work Type: Hybrid   2 days per week onsite
Job Summary
- Role involves approximately 60% configuration and 40% participation in cross-functional meetings to capture requirements.
- Able to lead and represent cross-functional meetings (a key required skill).
- Responsible for building, troubleshooting, and prototyping Medicaid products.
- Capture business requirements, execute testing, and perform troubleshooting for multiple Medicaid program implementations.
- Serve as a Senior Configuration Analyst on the Business Configuration Solutions team.
- Responsible for enabling member benefit configuration strategies by designing, implementing, and executing configuration.
- Lead projects in the configuration space to enable system and process solutions for business configuration toolsets.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the Business Configuration team, interfacing with cross-functional teams to implement requirements.
- Provide data analysis and troubleshooting expertise on configuration toolsets using automated processes.
- Prepare data for analysis by removing duplicates, errors, and outliers; perform data validation.
- Build SQL queries to pull backend data based on configuration needs.
- Serve as a Business Analyst, documenting requirements, process flows, and executing testing for enhancements to improve automation toolsets.
- Self-manage and prioritize work to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with configuration leaders on roadmap deliverables to enable automation of product and network offerings.
- Provide fit/gap analysis and feedback on new plans as configuration is leveraged for new business.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members, stakeholders, and business partners at all leadership levels.

Preferred Skills:
- 5+ years experience with Facets platform, medical plan benefit configuration, and provider network configuration
- Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience
