Job Description

• 10+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Flow.
• Experience in technical analysis and documentation
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services
• Experience using SFDC and development-related tools (VSCode, Apex Data Loader, Tooling API, Postman, Jira, Confluence, GitHub).
• Experience in production support and delivering enhancements
• Experience with Retool and integrating it with Salesforce.
• Experience in any CPQ tool or any other salesforce supported tool will be an added advantage.
• Experience in Apex and Aura framework
• Experience using SFDC-related tools (Eclipse IDE, Apex Data Loader, Workbench).
• Background in Lightning Flows, visual force and LWC.
• Experience configuring and customizing CPQ or similar billing systems
• Experience with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and basic knowledge of web development (e.g., HTML, CSS).
• Experience with LWC lifecycle methods, data binding, event handling, and responsive UI design.
• Experience in packaging solutions and publishing to App Exchange is an added advantage.
• Experience with integration tools and middleware solutions is a plus.
• Salesforce Developer certifications (such as Salesforce Platform Developer I) are preferred.
• Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flows, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
• Experience using 3rd party Salesforce release management tools (e.g. Gearset, Copado, etc.).
• Experience implementing and integrating Salesforce.com app exchange products;
• Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Demand Tools), and integrating Salesforce.com with other applications.
