Job Details
Mandatory Qualifications
- Experience Level: 85+ months in a senior systems programming or mainframe admin role.
- z/OS Support: Minimum of 48 months supporting mainframe software specific to the IBM z/OS operating system.
- Security & Directory Services:
- 48 months experience managing RACF, security certificates, and LDAP.
- Software Installation & Support (36+ months each):
- IBM JCL, CICS, CTG (CICS Transaction Gateway), MQ, and IBM Workload Scheduler (IWS).
- Database Support: 36+ months with IBM DB2.
- COBOL Programming (on z/OS):
- Involves production monitoring, systems analysis, unit/integration testing, JCL/PROC modification, and global changes.
- Mainframe Debugging: 36+ months diagnosing production errors, system logs, and environment-level issues.
Additional Requirements
- Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Residency: Must reside in Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.
- ID Requirement: Must possess a valid driver s license or non-driver s state ID.
- Travel: First week onsite in Albany, NY (mandatory).
- Fingerprinting: NYS fingerprinting costs will be reimbursed (after 3 months of successful engagement).
