Position Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Compensation: $70,000 $90,000 (Based on experience)
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and service-oriented Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across national and international markets. This role is responsible for aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals, building strong candidate pipelines, enhancing the candidate experience, and supporting broader HR initiatives. This is a fully onsite role based in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Recruitment Alignment: Partner with business leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning needs.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Lead recruitment efforts from job posting to offer and onboarding, including national and Canadian hiring.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, partnerships, outreach, and vendor management.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and professional candidate journey, including interview scheduling, travel coordination, and timely communication.
ATS & Platform Management: Oversee the applicant tracking system, career site, and recruiting tools to optimize hiring workflows.
Recruitment Analytics: Track and report key hiring metrics to support strategic planning and process improvements.
Compliance & Policy Support: Ensure adherence to legal hiring practices and support hiring manager education, including sponsorship processes.
Job Descriptions & Compensation: Write and maintain job descriptions; conduct compensation benchmarking and market pay analyses.
Onboarding Support: Lead 30/60/90-day check-ins to promote engagement, retention, and cultural integration.
HR & Culture Support: Actively promote organizational values, contribute to HR initiatives, and provide administrative support as needed.

Technical Skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience evaluating and implementing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Familiarity with data-driven recruitment tools and platforms
Education & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field
8+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including mid-level to executive roles
Experience with high-volume seasonal hiring, international recruitment (Canada), and multi-subsidiary workforce support
Proven success managing strategic, organization-wide recruiting initiatives across diverse functions
