Asset Manager (No 3rd parties)

CXI Staffing is seeking an experienced Asset Manager (minimum 5 years relevant experience) for a long-term, hybrid role in Harrisburg, PA. This position requires on-site presence two days per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) with flexibility based on workload. Candidates must be located within one hour of Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg/Central PA to be considered.

Required Skills & Experience

• Certification: ITIL Foundation

• ITSM Tools: 2 4 years with BMC Remedy (v20.02) or equivalent

• Expertise: CMDB and Asset Management best practices, tools, and terminology

• Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written), meeting facilitation

• Excellent organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with high quality

• Strong customer service skills; ability to work with stakeholders across IT

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as back-up Asset Manager

• Develop and implement asset tracking processes for software, hardware, and equipment lifecycle management

• Support and maintain Asset Management modules in Remedy and ServiceNow

• Conduct annual inventory audits and ensure process consistency

• Perform bulk asset data uploads and audits

• Maintain asset foundation data and create reports for users and management

• Create user accounts, site data, hardware/product categorizations, and support groups

• Participate in user acceptance testing

• Manage fixed and floating licenses for Asset Management module

• Develop end-user documentation and conduct training sessions
