  • ServiceNow expertise: ITSM, ITAM, ITOM (ITBM a plus)

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS preferred)

  • 5+ years experience working on ServiceNow platform

  • Development skills: JavaScript (primary), SQL, plus Java/C# helpful

  • Business process analysis & workflow automation

  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

  • Agile/Scrum familiarity

  • Local candidate (no relocation, no sponsorships)

Desired Skills

  • Experience with HRSD (HR Service Delivery) & Workplace Service Delivery

  • Integration experience with Jira, Confluence, etc.

  • Performance Analytics & dashboard creation

  • Business Analysis certification
