Job Description:

SLCQ-Tech + scripting skill + system debug JD

  • Familiar with general 2-sockets server, system rack, network, OS provision, BIOS, BMC, and RM update and recovery
  • Familiar with Azure Microsoft Sever design, how to re-configure systems with memory, storage, PSU, FPGA, network, BIOS/BMC/RM FW upgrade, CPLD update, DCSCM, drivers installation, Windows OS installation.
  • Know how to bring up systems per CRD recipes, troubleshooting, debug system stability.
  • The candidate must understand memory & Storage mappings in Azure cloud servers
  • Understanding of reading BOM/SKUDOCs/CRDs for Azure cloud Servers
  • Know how to use DMM, O-Scope, JTAG, other platform debug tools.
  • Know how to code scripting: PowerShell, Perl, Python, or Bash
  • Know how to debug basic memory and SSD/HDD, SMART CTL,
  • Know how to be reading BMC SEL and Window Events logs
  • Self-motivated individual, must be able to work collaboratively in team environment and across internal divisions and industry (OEM, ODM)
